Interventional cardiologist Jeffrey Sack, MD, practices at the Centre for Cardiology, Inc., in Sarasota, Florida. Focusing on interventional and consultative cardiology and vascular diseases, Dr. Sack performs a range of services, including angiography, cardiac and vascular ultrasound, and stress testing. He also offers percutaneous intervention services such as atherectomy, arrhythmia diagnosis and management, stents, balloons, lasers, and pacemakers. In addition, Dr. Jeffrey Sack conducts sports physicals, syncope consultations, and hypertension treatment.

He obtained his medical degree from the School of Medicine at St. George’s University in Wisconsin in 1987. Prior to his postgraduate medical studies, Dr. Jeffrey Sack attended the State University of New York at Stony Brook, earning a B.A. in Economics.
Possessing board certification in internal medicine and cardiovascular diseases, Dr. Jeffrey Sack carries the title of diplomate from the American Board of Internal Medicine. He holds membership with the American Heart Association, the Society of Interventional Radiology, the Florida Medical Association, and the American Society of Echocardiography, among others. A fellow of the American College of Cardiology, the American Society of Angiology, the American College of Chest Physicians, and the Society of Cardiac Angiography and Interventions, Dr. Jeffrey Sack has contributed to the American Journal of Cardiology and a number of other publications. As a voluntary medical back-up physician at the Sarasota Memorial Hospital and the Doctors Hospital of Sarasota, Dr. Sack is able to give back to his community.
Among Dr. Jeffrey Sack’s activities outside the field of medicine are professional photography, playing professional jazz and classical guitar, boating, tennis, and snow skiing. He volunteers at Temple Beth Shalom in Sarasota and provided support to the Sarasota Manatee Jewish Community Center for ten years. Dr. Jeffrey Sack makes annual contributions to the Ringling Foundation, the Van Wezel Performing Arts Center in Sarasota, and the American Cancer Society.
